International returns portal

Welcome to the international returns portal of BogenSportWelt. Here you can easily prepare your return shipment for foreign countries.

How to return your items correctly:

1. Download our BSW return form and fill it in
2. Have a return label (see table) generated and printed for each of your parcels.
3. Pack the goods properly and enclose the completed BSW return form.
4. Attach the return label to the parcel.
5. Take the parcel to the nearest post office.

Important:

1. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at support@bogensportwelt.de or at +49 3971 241960.
2. If the goods are free of faults or defects, the legislator stipulates that the customer must bear the costs of return.
3. You can use our international return labels for your return from abroad, we will chargethe indicated prices.
4. Please contact us in case of bulky goods, then we will issue a collection order to our logistics partner.
5. Please send us smaller articles with a value of less than 20 Euro such as gloves or strings in a stamped and padded envelope by regular mail.
6. In case of a complaint, the return is of course completely at our expense. Please contact us in advance!
7. Unfree shipments cause enormous costs, we therefore ask you not to use this shipping method, as these packages are generally not accepted and will be returned at your expense.
8. You will need a separate return label for each package of your return shipment. Please fill out the request as often as you have to send packages.
