The STRONGHOLD Target System CROSSBOW is designed for crossbows with a draw weight of up to 300 lbs. The innovative foam disc consists of a foam-plastic compound on the inside, which provides an enormous stopping effect. The outer, black layer consists of the proven SHTF 600 Target foam.
The Crossbow EXTREME combines 4 individual foam discs, each 10 cm thick, to achieve the greatest stopping effect of all discs. The design of the disc, with its patented exchange system, allows an individual, worn discs to be easily replaced with new, inexpensive replacement discs. In addition, the 3-component connection system of the individual discs is more weather-resistant than conventional bonding technology. The plastic parts of the system, which are only mounted on the outermost edge of the disc, are soft and flexible, which means that neither the system nor the arrow is damaged by bombardment.

Important notice: The specification "up to 100 lbs" or "475 fps" refers to the firing of the target with a bow up to 100 lbs draw weight or a crossbow with a maximum arrow speed of 475 fps. For crossbows with higher velocities or draw weights, the 300 lbs specification and the 475 fps specification may then no longer be applicable.
