[SET] X-BOW FMA Supersonic REV - 120 lbs / 420 fps - incl. Red Dot & Bolts

The X-BOW FMA Supersonic was and still is a real revolution on the market of (pistol) crossbows, which cannot be made any better - actually... However, X-BOW fma Engineering did not want to rest on its laurels and took on the Supersonic again. The result is a reverse crossbow that is once again a real innovation: The X-BOW FMA Supersonic REV. A small, compact, if not THE smallest, reverse crossbow on the market.

With the Supersonic REV comes a powerful pistol crossbow that consistently implements the compound principle and combines it with reverse technology. At first glance, the crossbow looks strange, as its limbs seem to be mounted the wrong way round. But this is intentional, because "reverse" means nothing other than "upside down" in English and describes the construction and mode of operation of the Supersonic REV. The reversed limbs and differently shaped cams lengthen the power stroke and thus increase the force acting on the bolt. This allows the crossbow to reach bolt speeds that normal compound crossbows can only dream of. Despite its ultra-compact size, it has a draw weight of 120 lbs and generates bolt speeds of more than 420 fps / 460 km/h (depending on the bolt used). This makes it suitable for shooting distances of up to 60m. Such values were previously only known from much larger crossbows!

Another highlight is the innovative cable system, already used in the Supersonic, with which the Supersonic REV can also be easily cocked. Simply pull the rear handle and cock the crossbow. The cocking system is designed in such a way that the maximum force to be applied over the entire length of the Power Stroke does not exceed 40lbs.

In set with Red Dot & bolt

The X-BOW FMA bolts are made of 100% carbon and are ideally suited for the X-BOW FMA Supersonic REV. The High Impact variant with 155 grain weight is intended for more effective shots with maximum effect in the target, as the heavy tip shortens the maximum distance but allows the bolt to penetrate deeper into the target.

The Red Dot MultiDot with integrated mount for 19mm sight rails is made entirely of aluminium and has a matt black anodised finish. The illuminated dot can be adjusted both in its display and in its brightness. For this purpose, it has four different illuminated dot graphics and seven brightness levels. For optimal adjustment, the Red Dot can be adjusted in longitudinal alignment and height.

Triangle- or L-stock - Two versions, two styles

Due to the already enormous demand of many interested parties and enthusiastic buyers of the "small" Supersonic, X-BOW FMA is also equipping the Supersonic REV with an adjustable stock in Triangle- or L-style. With the new, extended stocks, the Supersonic fits even better in the hand and can be optimally adjusted to any shooter. The material is a high-quality, glass-fibre reinforced and heat-resistant plastic with a non-slip surface.

Overview of the X-BOW FMA Supersonic REV XL with Triangle- or L-stock

X-BOW fma Engineering has listened and presents together with BogenSportWelt.de two new versions of the Supersonic REV XL. The two XL models combine the previously unattained features and advantages of the compact Supersonic REV, with a shoulder rest in two different designs. In addition to the appearance and tactical character, the stocks differ significantly in handling and thus bring their very own advantages.

With the AR-15 stock, the Supersonic REV XL comes in an ultra-compact and minimalist A-frame design. This shape offers extended cross-bracing, creating the distinctive eye-catching triangle shape. High stability as well as easy access to the optimally positioned length adjustment of the shoulder support are the features that future owners will love from the start. The stock combines strong design with excellent ergonomics.

The M4 stock, on the other hand, comes in an L-frame design. This shape gives you several advantages and uses. The open shoulder rest is extremely light and can also be used as a handle or for hanging on a corresponding device. The slim shape cleverly picks up on the aesthetics of the Supersonic, spanning a successful design arc between the handle and the shoulder section.

Good to know - with the additional Triangle stock, the Supersonic REV XL brings it to a maximum length of 67 cm. Thanks to the option to adjust the length, an adjustment to a minimum of 61 cm is possible. By removing the reel seat, a further 2 cm can be saved. Depending on the configuration chosen, the XL version is thus between 19 and 25 cm longer than the compact Supersonic without shaft.
