The Northaro from OAK RIDGE is a traditional longbow in classic shape. The woodwork of the middle part is made of Dymondwood. Dymondwood is an innovative material, made of several layers of wood, which are bonded with epoxy resin to form a highly stable material. This connection allows a completely new design of the centerpiece and ensures an absolutely unique look with slender, almost filigree shapes. The grip area is particularly ergonomically shaped and allows the bow to lie well in the hand. Technically, this material also offers several advantages: It absorbs vibrations and allows for faster, smoother shooting. The transition from the middle section and the limbs themselves are made of maple and black fiberglass.
