ASEN SPORTS Bushpig small
Bushpigs (Potamochoerus
larvatus) are mainly active at night. The animals sleep in self-dug structures
and in dense bushes. Their main enemy is the leopard. When cornered, they are
quite able to defend themselves. Bushpigs reach a head torso length of 100 to
150cm, a shoulder height of 55 to 80cm and a weight of 55 to 120kg.
The animal of group 2 is slightly smaller than its larger
counterpart. For traditional archers in particular, the recommended draw weight
for recurve bows is max. 50 pounds.
