Description

SET HOYT Satori - 58-64"- 35-65 lbs - Recurve BowSatori is Japanese and means "to understand" - this is where Fred Eichler comes in. In collaboration with him, as a very experienced and successful bow hunter, the Satori was created as the Fred Eichler Signature Series. The long history of Hoyt is extended with the Satori, an innovative model from the high-tech Traditional bows. It not only impresses with its classic design, but also with its advanced technology. The Satori comes with Earl Hoyt's original Dovetail System, which allows micro-precise limb alignment, and the brand-new Shelf Module Plate.

The Satori limbs are a smooth and precise adaptation of the High-Performance Target limbs to the Traditional line. This carbon limb with a wooden core is covered with glass laminate - proven Hoyt Target Performance for 3D archers and hunters.

New Shelf Module Plate

The new, innovative Shelf Module Plate, thanks to the multiple plates, allows the alignment of the rest to the Center Shot, making it possible to fine-tune the Satori for traditional recurve bows without sacrificing the simplicity of shooting over the shelf. The plates can also be removed to attach a standard flipper rest.

2-Piece Quiver

All current 2-piece bow quivers from Hoyt fit the Satori riser in both the 4 Arrow and 6 Arrow versions.

Right-handed or left-handed?

Determination of the draw hand

The draw hand is the hand that pulls the string. This means that a right-handed bow is held in the left hand and drawn with the right hand.

Determining your personal draw hand has far less to do with whether you are left-handed or right-handed than you might initially assume. It is much more about determining the dominant eye. The dominant eye is used for aiming. This then automatically results in the draw hand.

The term dominant eye refers to the eye whose visual information is superimposed on everything. If a shooter tried to aim with the other eye, he would have to close the dominant eye.

There are two ways of determining the dominant eye: On the one hand, it is the eye that is generally favoured, for example when looking through the viewfinder of a camera, through the peephole or similar situations. On the other hand, there is a small exercise that can be used to determine the dominant eye beyond doubt:

  • The arms are stretched out and a triangle is formed with the thumbs and index fingers of both hands.
  • A small target is aimed at through the triangle, for example a socket or a cupboard knob. Focus on this object.
  • The hands are now slowly brought towards the face without taking the target object out of focus.
  • The triangle of thumb and index fingers will involuntarily tend towards one side of the face and this is where the dominant eye is located.

If the dominance of the eye and hand do not match, the bow should still be selected according to eye dominance. The arms can be easily retrained for the new draw hand, but not the eye.

More information on choosing the right type of bow, the right draw weight and the right arrows can be found here: A brief introduction to archery

Extraservice

Setting the nocking point

The nocking point is a small brass ring that we attach to the string. This marks the correct position of the arrow on the string and helps to quickly find this optimum point again. The arrow is usually nocked under the nocking point. The nocking point itself is of course included in this service and does not need to be ordered separately.

Pre-assembly of attachments

We will assemble all ordered attachments for you (sight, arrow rest, stabiliser, peep sight, string loop, nocking point if required) and prepare the assembly so that you only need a few simple steps to get the bow ready to shoot after receiving the goods.

Notes on delivery time

Please note the following information on the stated and actual delivery time:

You are purchasing an item that we do not have in stock ourselves, but order from a wholesaler for you. As a rule, it will be with us in approx. 5-7 working days and can then be dispatched to you immediately. For this reason, a maximum delivery time of 8-9 working days is displayed in the order form.

However, our shop system cannot display the stock levels of wholesalers and suppliers. Even the wholesaler cannot always have every variation in stock. It may therefore be the case that the item has to be ordered directly from the manufacturer (Asia, America). In this case, the delivery time can be extended to up to 12 weeks. In special cases, the item will be made for you and may have an even longer waiting time.

After finalising your order and checking the availability of your items, you will receive information from us with a more precise delivery time. If possible, we will also offer you alternatives that can be delivered more quickly.

Thank you for your understanding.

Top Produkt

Habe seit kurzer Zeit diesen Bogen. Die verarbeitung ist Top. Genau das was man von Hoyt erwartet. Kann ihn echt nur weiter empfehlen

klassisch modern

habe diesen Bogen in 66 Zoll Länge (31Zoll Auszug!

Was soll man sagen,...
