SPIDERBOWS - Hawk - Classic - 60-64 inch - 25-50 lbs - Take Down Recurve Bow
SPIDERBOWS presents with their new bow line Hawk a real allrounder in the range of take down recurve bows. One year of development work and many test shots were necessary to produce a (hunting) bow that is suitable for all archers, whether women, men or young people. The riser is equipped with a filigree grip that fits perfectly in the hand and immediately gives a pleasant feeling. And it doesn't matter whether the hand gripping it is small or large. The riser is made of solid wood, which is processed in three layers and two designs: The inside and outside are made of Amazoque (Ovangkol) or smoked oak, depending on the variant, and the middle strip is made of smoked oak or Padouk. Provided with decorative strips of Micarta, which give the riser additional torsional stiffness, the result is a riser with high stability in a classic, timeless design.
The matching Hawk limbs are also really something! Made from a bamboo core covered on both sides with the special SPIDERBOWS black glass, they guarantee fast and precise shooting. The bow can also be drawn very smoothly and does not get into stacking even with long extensions of up to 32 inches. In the carbon versions, the limbs are equipped with an additional layer of carbon. The carbon insert gives the Hawk even more speed and torsional stiffness, which is particularly noticeable with long extensions. The transition to the centre section is conically bevelled on all limbs and contributes to the timeless design of the entire bow. In short: a brilliant limbs for this short and fast hunting bow.
Despite its compact dimensions as a 60, 62 or 64 inch long bow, the Hawk shoots very quietly, is fast and very soft in draw. The geometry and design of the bow are deliberately chosen to be timeless and modern in order to create a successful hunting bow as a faithful companion that leaves nothing to be desired in the 3D range.
