Nockpunktöffner ??

Ich habe echt kein Plan wie ich mit dieser Zange einen Nockpunkt öffnen soll. Da die vorherigen anscheinend keine Probleme hatten ist meine Zange vllt kaputt ?? Unter der angegebene Telefonnummer erreiche ich nach ca. 30 Versuchen niemanden , weswegen ich hier, da man zumindest Nockpunkte gut anbringen kann, lediglich 1 Punkt...
