Description

Gold anxiety - what it is and what you can do

"I know dozens of archery experts who supposedly know how to combat gold anxiety. But I don't know any archer for whom these recipes have ever worked properly," says Thomas Sillmann and presents a completely new approach with "Goldangst: What it is and what you can do".
Sillmann analyzes gold anxiety as a process that affects the archer's abilities. This process is characterized by complex interactions and numerous paradoxes, which are described in this form for the first time.
Systematic strategies can only be developed once the phenomenon of gold anxiety has been recognized. The solution strategies are specially developed. Depending on the material - high-tech or traditional bow - and depending on the shooting style - with sight or bare - Sillmann presents exercises and instructions that actually prove themselves in practice in the long term.
Full of illustrations, infographics, data and practical knowledge: This book is written by archery enthusiasts for archery enthusiasts and for anyone interested in the core of our humanity.

Among other things, you will learn:
- How complex the phenomenon of fear of gold is.
- Why it manifests itself differently depending on personality.
- How it gets worse and spreads like a virus.
- How the archer as an individual is overwhelmed by the numerous paradoxes of the phenomenon.
- How misconceptions and illusory logic have led generations of archers astray.
- How fear of gold leads us to the root of self-knowledge.
- Which strategies really work in the long term and why.
