What happens if I am not happy with my product?

You have 100 days to withdraw from your order and return it without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods. As soon as your return reaches us, after inspecting we refund the purchase price. That gives you plenty of time to check in peace whether everything is right.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany we deliver in 1 to 3 working days. We run the largest archery warehouse in Europe and keep most of our range in stock and ready to ship. For many products you can also choose express and receive your order the very next day. If an item is not in stock, we order it for you and let you know the delivery time.

Can I try out the product in person?

Yes. You can test equipment and get advice in person at our stores in Anklam, Bad Dürkheim and in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee in Austria. In Anklam and Bad Dürkheim you also have a free shooting range and a 3D course. That way you find out what feels right for you before you decide.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with all the usual methods, including PayPal, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Amazon Pay, prepayment by bank transfer and direct debit. Two options are especially convenient. With purchase on invoice you pay 30 days after delivery, and with installment purchase you choose a term of 6 to 60 monthly rates, while early repayment and payment breaks stay free of charge. Invoice and installment purchase are available for customers within Germany. From Austria you can also pay directly through your online banking with eps. Which options you can choose in a given case depends on the order value and country.
