IBB 3D Big Brown Bear
A lifelike appearance is very important to IBB 3D, therefore IBB 3D always tries to make their 3D animals look as authentic as possible. Another important point for IBB is the foam, which meets all the requirements that are important to archers, course operators and clubs:
- Easy arrow draw
- Extreme durability
- Self-healing foam
- Light weight
- UV resistance
Self-healing foam from IBB 3D
The 3D animal foam is very light with high durability and high density of the individual foam cells. An advantage when 3D animals have to be moved. The IBB 3D animal foam has a high braking effect of the arrows. No matter which shaft material is used, carbon, wood or aluminium. Arrows penetrate less deeply into the IBB 3D animal than with other manufacturers. The subsequent drawing of the arrow is child's play. Once the arrow has been pulled and depending on the outside temperature, the hole starts to close again within seconds. If arrows remain stuck in the 3D animal for hours or days, the process of self-healing can be somewhat protracted.
How does the weather affect the 3D animals?
The IBB 3D animals are absolutely weather resistant. The solid-coloured 3D animal foam resists sunlight for a very long time. Extreme weather conditions have no effect on durability, stopping power, ease of pulling the arrows and the self-healing process.
Why is the IBB 3D Tier one-piece?
Who hasn't experienced it, you come to a launching peg and the multi-piece 3D animal has slipped inside. It looks as if the backbone of the 3D animal has been broken. That's why IBB tries to build the 3D animals in one piece to avoid these unsightly effects.
What would a brown bear weigh in reality?
A full-grown brown bear weighs on average 117 / 243 kg (female / male), but real heavyweights can weigh up to 700 kg if they have a good supply of food. The IBB 3D brown bear corresponds in its dimensions to an average bear.
