Very nice, small and light barbecue fork for attaching to a stick and for use over an open fire or charcoal. Here you can not only skewer the food, but also clamp it to the side. This prevents unintentional 'loss' over the fire and makes it easy to turn the skewer over the fire. The barbecue fork is made of robust stainless steel and is dishwasher-safe. Made in Switzerland.
