PRIMUS OpenFire pan
Cooking over an open fire is more than just preparing a hot meal. It is the experience of the flames, the smell and the warmth that makes it so special. The 'OpenFire' pan is made of a unique 3-layer sandwich, consisting of an aluminum core with stainless steel on the top and bottom. This combination reduces the weight by 35% compared to steel, provides much better heat distribution and is scratch and corrosion resistant. The pan has a slight indentation in the center perfect for frying or roasting. The inner edges of the pan are slightly rounded, making it easier to turn pancakes, meat etc. Two handles on the sides allow the pan to be optimally positioned over the fire. The stainless steel legs are screwed into special eyelets that do not clog with grease or soot and have a special thread that protects against damage. The rectangular cross-section of the legs provides better support for assembly.
