Disadvantages of conventional anise oil
Many hunters have long used conventional anise oil as a lure for a variety of game species. Conventional anise oil, which is a mixture of different components, has a number of disadvantages:
Anise oil is very sensitive to atmospheric oxygen, which has a detrimental effect on the attracting effect and storage stability.
The high volatility of anise oil limits its duration of action.
Anise oil solidifies at temperatures below 18°C, which means that especially in autumn and winter conventional anise oil must first be heated before it can be applied - not exactly user-friendly.
The biggest disadvantage for the hunter is the health hazard posed by anise oil: anise oil contains a secondary component with allergenic and potentially carcinogenic effects. This means that conventional anise oil must be labelled accordingly* and is subject to special safety measures when handled.
The know-how behind AttraTec No 3 Anis Pur®
AttraTec has taken up and successfully eliminated the weak points of ordinary anise oil in research and development studies. The result: AttraTec No 3 Pure Anise: AttraTec No 3 Pure Anise is characterized by an"anise-like" attractant effect that is at least equivalent to natural anise oil. It is based on protective molecules taken from nature which strongly slow down the degradation of the active ingredient through oxygen. This has a positive effect on the duration of action and storage stability.
High yield - safe application
Due to the formulation as viscous liquid AttraTec No 3 Anis Pur can also be applied at low temperatures without any problems. The dropper bottle guarantees a good dosage and allows an economical and cost-effective application. The contents of one bottle are sufficient for at least 150 applications.
And, most importantly, the use of active ingredients that are free of harmful secondary components means that there is no longer any health risk for the hunter.
