The caracal (Caracal
caracal) has so much similarity to the lynx that it has also been given the name
desert lynx. Due to its strong rear legs the animal is one of the most powerful
jumpers of this cat species. From a standing position the animal easily manages
to jump over three meters high.
Its extremely powerful eyes enable it to
hunt even in the night. Striking are its black ears. The caracal target has 2
target zones for variable use.
